Karim Ssebuggwawo

Ssebuggwawo Karim is a passionate advocate for environmental conservation and gender equality in Uganda. With a background in Social Sciences and law, Karim focuses on addressing environmental and social challenges. He is the Founder and Chief Strategist of the Green Companion Initiative, where he leads efforts on environmental advocacy, legal reform, and promoting justice. Karim is committed to empowering children as future environmental stewards and advocates for gender equality, particularly for marginalized communities such as women with disabilities. He holds an LLB in Environmental Law, a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences, and a Diploma in Environmental Law. His work has been featured in major publications like New Vision, addressing key social and environmental issues.
